Health Plan – this application applies to Health Plans (including commercial plans, FEHBs, Medicare and Medicaid plans, QHPs, Pre-Paid Health Clinics, and other specialty plans, such as dental and behavioral health plans). Additional information on Health Plan accreditation can be found here.

Medical Home On-Site Certification – The AAAHC Medical Home On-Site Certification program offers a focused review of the Medical Home implementation. As with the accreditation program, surveyors make an on-site visit to assess, at the point of care and from a patient perspective, how your organization meets these Standards. Advanced Orthopaedic Certification – this certification applies to surgery centers in good standing with current AAAHC accreditation.
